Who it is for

New and part-time Texas wholesalers, and anyone evaluating whether wholesaling is a business they want to start.

What we do not do

We do not run a marketplace, list deals, buy properties or connect buyers and sellers.
We are not a licensed real estate broker, attorney or accountant, and nothing here is legal or tax advice.
We do not promise income; most new wholesaling businesses take time and money before any deal closes, and many never do.
